Leysin hotel wasn't secured and required to move on to another hotel last minutes with all our luggage's. 2. Ensana hotel was changed to Grand hotel last minutes. All guest needs to carry their luggage's and walk for 200m. 3. Most of the hotels although it is stated 4 stars but most of it was either very far from city or the services/rooms/air-con is terrible (Worst than a 2 or 3 stars hotels I book myself). So far, the best hotel was in Laysin where Europamundo had forgotten to book and we moved to another hotel. Where this is the only best hotel I can commends. Guide - We had been changing guides along the way, the best guide is William/Willy where is very responsible and clear with taking care of everybody. The worst guide is Maria, where she rushes everything and travelling for more than 3 hours without toilet breaks until all the guests make noise than she does a 10 mins toilet breaks. Although on that day the bus was late for 1 hours for whatever reasons, all of us didn't rush or chase the guide must reached the destination on time as we don't mind being arriving 1 hour later or so. So that day we all had our money wasted for not being able to visit the destinations with enough time as stated in the program. Buses - Some buses are great but one of the bus was terrible as the air-con is so hot and not forgetting that there is no windows for us to open to breath.
