    Cancelled my Rovaniemi snowmobile and fishing booking 19 hours before despite accepting it many days in advance, telling us all of a sudden they were fully booked! We flew all the way from the UK, just for 3 nights for my daughter's birthday and it supposed to be a highlight of the trip - ruined experience and one disappointed little girl. Every other similar experience was already fully booked so we ended up with nothing. AVOID!

    This tour operator had very disgusting counter hand, she refused to look at what we did book insisting we paid $1300 to ride an $8 bus to a free park to eat a $25 dollar lunch, when challenged to what we paid for she then told our driver to dump us and we get nothing, we were left 13km from our accommodation with a freezing crying 3 year old! We came all the way from Australia to be dumped in the cold by a counter hand with no customer skills ! $1300 stolen from the tour group who refused to read our booking even ! Direct message to the counter hand come visit Australia and see where your attitude gets you ! Disgusting do you self a favour use another tour company

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
