The only negative remark is that there was a delay in repairing a tyre that was obviously faulty and we had a blow out on the road. A new car was organised quickly as there was an issue with another tyre.Show more

Raewyne· June 14th, 2024An absolutely amazing tour would highly recommend. There was only 3 at the beginning of the tour then they left after 7 days so I had Ana for the rest of the tour by myself. What an amazing young lady she is. Was a great driver and went out of her way to make sure I never slipped on the pavers as I had not long had a knee replacement. - Annick· March 20th, 2024We had an excellent experience. Everything was well organized. The tour company was very receptive to any questions. The guide was very knowledgeable. A couple of the hotels were just OK, but in general, they were just up to our standards. I will say that having an electric car was somehow stressful as our guide could not always find a place to recharge the car at night. He had to go back several times and wait for hours. The scenery of mountains, lakes and coast was beautiful. We saw wonderful churches, mosques, monasteries, bazaars, castles, forts and walled cities. Our guide Sokol was great fun to be with. Before booking this trip, we had lots of questions, which were answered by Sirma from the CHOOSE BALKANS team promptly and with the information we had requested. As tourism is increasing in these countries, visiting at this point in time was magical. The use of local hotels was nice. The accomodation was lovely and very central. The countries we visited were beautiful but having a guide made it 100% better.
