- AJosephine· March 29th, 2023It was very organized from the time we arrived at the airport until we left for the airport. That made our trip stress free and wonderful. The hotels picked were very nice and clean . The bus was always clean and smells good. The bus driver Sergio was so helpful and kind . I only wish we had more time to shop in all places we visited . But overall it was a great trip for me and my husband. It was great that optional tours were affordable . - ARuby· March 28th, 2023Tour, hotel, tour director & food are excellent, however we a big issue with the airline. We did not know that the flight was canceled not until we were at the airport. American Airline/British Airways were sending us back & forth to find out what happened until British Airways squeezed us to 10:20pm flight instead of 4:45pm as scheduled on Saturday (3/18/23). The flight was delayed until 11:20pm. We arrived at Lisbon on Sunday (3/19/23) before midnight which is supposed to be at 2pm. This was a crazy nightmare. We pay for taxi in going to the hotel & we missed the welcome dinner by the tour director. There should be a coordination between Globus & the airline if there's cancellation like this. I have the receipt of the taxi & our boarding passes to show you that our flight was messed up. I hope that we can be compensated for this issue. - AAnonymous· March 24th, 2023Except for the flight delay/cancellation that caused me and my companion to miss two days of our tour, everything else is very satisfactory. Our tour guide, Luis, is very organized. In our every hotel move, room keys were all ready when we arrive at every hotel. Our driver, Sergio, drove us safely qt every destination and he patiently, loaded and unloaded our luggages that became heavier each time, lol! The places we visited were all nice. Lastly, my travel agent made sure that we were always ok.
