  An absolutely wonderful tour In spite of inclement weather. We were lucky to have some of the best tour leaders in the world. I can not say enough good things about their passion, professionalism, knowledge and local expertise. Have done previous tours with ExperiencePlus and just about to sign up for a new tour in 2023. Best bike tour company hands down. Congratulations to the whole team at the company for working so diligently to make our rides so memorable. Many many thanks.

  Just completed a fantastic 11 day guided cycling trip of Sardinia with ExperiencePlus! This was our second trip. Last year, we cycled through the Peloponnese with ExperiencePlus! Both of these experiences were fantastic. Great cycling, excellent hotels and food, fun and knowledgeable (and responsible) guides. Wonderful way to see some new sights, make new friends, and just not worry about the details!

  The Tour Leaders were phenomenal. Accommodations were very good and the breakfasts could not be beat. Luis and Artur were attentive, knowledgeable, interesting, good listeners, and a lot of fun. Luis even taught us a European card game that some of us enjoyed playing with him for multiple nights. We missed them both a great deal as we continued our Portugal stay for another two weeks after the tour. The Algarve trip was one of just two Explorer trips offered by Experience Plus. Although still somewhat experimental, we would sign up for more if offered in the future. "Explorer" means we were routed to backroads, country lanes, gravel paths and the like as much as possible. There was no better way to take in the pink flamingos, storks, the fruit of komquat, lemon, and orange trees, the process of olive harvesting, the ingenuity of the cork harvesting, the beaches, boardwalks, cafes, and touring ancient Roman ruins. The bikes were perfectly suited for this type of travel -- sized well and with wider tires. Our friend wanted to switch tires and the guides readily accommodated him. I brought my own pedals and the guides dutifully installed and removed without me even requesting. The GPS system was amazing in keeping us on the right track. We enjoyed the sights and local fruit hanging over the side of the fences along the road. Portugal is very lush in parts and the beaches are vast in other parts along the way. We recommended this tour to friends who came with us and they loved it also. My only minor concern is the food was so delicious and plentiful that we could not eat it all!
