  Tour was not a group at all. We were on our own in different hotels from others. We had to fend for ourselves to reach the various "meet up points" which were always a distance from hotel & taxis were a must. Tour guide of Louvre was great! Tour guide of Versailles was not helpful as to amenities inside the palace. She talked excessively of personal matters while driving. Tour guide for walking tour was abrasive & we broke from that group after an arduous time finding the meet up location & at last obtaining river cruise vouchers. We were told WRONG location to find the boat by the "guide" :( Several single travelers were upset that there wasn't actually a "group" because everyone was piece meal at different hotels and we never saw same traveling persons twice over course of 7 days. The train from Paris to Avignon locks the gates 2 minutes before departure ( we were 1 minute behind after taxi driver messed up depot drop off location) & we then paid more and waited 5 hours for next train which had no AIR conditioning. Grand Hotel Avignon also awful lack of air conditioning. Pool unheated/ unusable. Provence tour for 10 hours in van?? - we skipped this after awful train & HOT sleeping. I'd not recommend CLICK to anyone. Each tour could be set up more efficiently by the travelers as well as better hotel choices. ( Tour Radar was thankfully always helpful. )

  It's as though we picked a "Surprise Bag" in selecting this tour...no details were provided until about 10 days out. And when I say details...there were very few. We saw some of the places the promotional ad tells us we'll see and some we did not. Some were just drive-by's. It was very lacklustre. Some days we showed up for a tour of a few hours and one day arrived to be told we had an 11 hour day ahead of us. Often felt lucky to find the meeting point (you get an address but no real idea where you're going or what to look for). The guides we did have were excellent however and of course we still saw some amazing places. But I would never ever book a trip this way again. It was quite disappointing.

  It was just ok. The Montmarte meet time was wrong. We waited an hour and a half for the tour leader to arrive. The full day tour of Paris was exhausting. I would have enjoyed it more if it was split into 2 days. Also, and importantly, we did not receive info or vouchers until 3 days before we flew to Paris. That is totally unacceptable. It would have been more enjoyable to have visited less towns and spent a little more time each . I would really have enjoyed staying in old Town Aix en Provence rather than our on the periphery of Aix. Also, Chateaux Neuf de Pape was supposed to be on the tour of Provence and we did nit go there at all. On the plus side the tour guides were excellent especially for the day tour that started in Montmarte

  We had a great time. Hotels were fabulous! Enjoyed all the tours. We had a problem with a typo or auto correct that my name Nancy Topp was transposed my sister who is Lynn Thor but reservations said Lynn Topp. Staff helped me work through changes to the vouchers. Just so you know, we paid an extra $86 to get the speed train ticket changed to her correct name. It is in country travel so no one checked names and passports were not needed. So the $86 extra expense was not needed. I would highly recommend this tour.

  Hello - We were dissatisfied with this tour. Our first tour, to Versailles, was a mess because the bus never arrived and we had to arrange for our own Uber which Click Tours refused to reimburse. Our hotel in Aix -en-Provence was terrible - far out of town, restaurant was closed, and the property was attached to a used car lot! What a disappointment! We never could figure out who was in charge... Everything was sub- contracted to other companies. We called the numbers provided... Sometimes we found ourselves speaking to folks in Dublin, other times in Italy, and no one was helpful. We strongly recommend that you stop promoting this tour.   This was not what we would consider an organized tour..we were left on our own to get to and locate the contacts for our tours. On the first morning we were at the Musee d'orsay at 7:45am as per our schedule. We waited by the Rhino as instructed until 8:45 am. We tried getting hold of tour radar but their answer said they could not find our account..How many Richard and Mindy Fast's were travelling? So, we walked back to our hotel (2.2 km). Dan from Click phoned me to say he would get us on the same tour at 1:30pm. So another 2.2 km walk. The contact for the tour told us there was no tour at 8 am and that we had been on their 1:30 pm list from the previous day. NOT A GOOD START. The tours in Provence were similar in that the guides were basically drivers to get us to the destination and leave us on our own. I am kicking myself, because I learned that I did not need you guys for anything to have this type of vacation. I will not be recommending your company or using your services
