Overall the tour was good. Our drivers arrived on time and our tours were scheduled appropriately. I did couple of large bus tours, which I would have preferred to be a smaller group. The hotels were good and the breakfast were great. I would have preferred to pick out the hotels myself to stay in. The location of the hotel in Lisbon could have been closer to the City Centre instead of where we stayed. Also the hotel in Porto would have been better if it were closer to the River, where there was a lot of activity.

Overall the trip was great. It was well organized and everything went smooth. A few sugestions -The city tour in Porto was supposed to be a half day, but it ended up being a full day. THe stays in porto left no time for free time to explore. Either add another day to porto and one less day at Lisbon or make the city tour a half day. -Seven bridges tour was a waste of time. Especially since we have the Douro river tour. Should have skipped that and had free time to explore the inside of the sites the guide showed us. He just said, "I recommend you go inside," but everything was booked so tight we didn't' have time to go inside and look at anything. Just to much time sitting in a van driving around. -The lunch on the Porto city tour was absolute TRASH. Restaurante Fanceshinhas was horrible. Bad atmosphere, HORRIBLE service, and food barely good. So many other neat places to eat in better locations. Yuck. -Our driver on the Porto city tour was wonderful! -Porto hotel was WAY TO FAR AWAY from anything city center. Not convenient at all. Very nice hotel, breakfast was top notch, great accommodations, but location was to far away. -Douro valley tour was lovely. No need to have 2 tours. Maybe just lunch and tastings at the first one, then a tour of the 2nd winery. After having a winery tour and tasting in porto, 3 places telling us how to make port was redundant. The Croft winery was beautiful, would have loved to have just enjoyed the grounds a bit longer and drink wine. However, there was no time. -Guide on the Douro river tour was wonderful. -Lisbon was great. We didn't realize that Pena was not part of our Sintra tour. So disappointing, but we did go back on our own. Pena would have been a nice addition. We could have skipped the trip to Cascais. Our bus had mechanical problems so we got there at dark. Sight seeing the ocean in the dark???? The Pena Castle would have been better. -Hotel in Lisbon was AMAZING. Staff was wonderful, as were the accommodations. Loved the complementary port and ginjha. We did have a great time event though my suggestion list seems long. It was well organized, clear communication, and everything went smooth. Would book with Tour Radar again.

The guides on the excursions were either good or not so good. This tour could be done on your own. Nothing exceptional.

The tour operator did everything to spoil our impressions from Portugal. Ratio of quality to price of tour is equal almost zero. This tour would be cheaper and more interesting if you arrange everything yourselves. Waste of money as result.

I had expected a tour guide but the experience ran smoothly and there was extra time to explore on our own. There wasn’t a group of people to connect with although we did meet one other couple in the first hotel. We had three languages spoken on our tours so there was little time for English. Maybe a COVID thing with not enough tourists to fill the bus with one language. Tour to Cascais was disappointing. Only 45 mins there and not for lunch. Too much time spent in Sines. I’m not sure if I would take this kind of tour again but it was a different experience.

The Vouchers we received stated that the language would be English. A lot more information could be provided by the guides in each language if the time wasn’t spent translating into one or more additional languages. 6 bridges tour could be replaced. More time in Cascais would be appreciated.

The tour was not fully guided, we got vouchers for transfers, local tourist day trips and the train. We enjoyed the tour very much. The hotel is Porto had an excellent breakfast but was not central enough, the one in Lisbon could be better in rooms and location was 20 min to walk to the city center, but the coach station for the trips was nearby. The trip to Duoro valley was excellent, the driver and guide were excellent.

Our tour was actually multiple days of arranged tours throughout both cities of Porto and Lisbon. Each day was with a different guide provided by a local company (Living Tours in Porto/Grey Line in Lisbon). Our tours were anywhere from 2 (only the two of us booked that day) to 14 people with different guides each day. Usually were were picked up at our hotel or the site was a close walk away. In Porto, our hotel was located outside of the city center and while they're planning a public subway line in the future mass transit was a little more difficult to navigate. The first day was little confusing, as we were told we'd have a tour, followed by a "tasty lunch", then a boat ride. We were picked up and given a city tour that ended with a tasting of port, then provided with a voucher for a boat ride. There was no transport back to hotel or lunch--which wasn't clear in the outlined itinerary. On the other hand, we did have a delicious lunch the next day on our Duoro River day--one of the highlights of our trip. All transfers went smoothly and the tours in Lisbon and Sintra were really fun. Our hotel in Lisbon was centrally located and we could walk or use mass transit. It was really nice to just walk around the city during the extra days. I would suggest a more centrally located hotel in Porto and perhaps clarifying the wording on the first day so people know what to expect. Otherwise it was a lovely trip.
