The tour guide (Salvo) was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the tour that much better. The bus was comfortable. The attractions were great. This was a great way to see Sicily. - ATAlaine· November 17th, 2023I would not consider this a seven day trip, barely a six day. Our tour leader was excellent, especially as she had to do the tour in English, and in Spanish. I think a lot of time was wasted with translation. One of the hotels was not even three star. A lot of camaraderie was lost due to the language barrier. Many times we felt rushed through our tours, and some days we had too much lag time. All in all it was a good tour. It was just by luck that we found a wonderful board walk and a charming town along the beach at our last stay near Taormina. No one told us about it making us wonder how many other places near our hotels we might have missed.Show moreTrip date: November 2023

We were very grateful that our chosen hotels had swimming pools I found having a bilingual tour very hard to hear sometimes and a lot of time is wasted from the tour guide having to give 2 lots of instructions. It was disappointing that 2 of the tours were cancelled because of the heat. One of these was for Mt Etna (our main reason for choosing this tour). Our tour guide did kindly arrange a driver for us to get to Mt Etna. When we got to Mt Etna there were so many other tours with 1000’s of people there and the weather much cooler that we were surprised ours was cancelled. We then had to pay our own entrance fees/tour for which we had already paid as part of the tour. We also had to pay an extra 50 euro to the driver because our tour went longer than expected due to the long lines of people. This all added an unnecessary expense for what should have been already included in the tour. Our tour guide was concerned because of the heat and she was worried as her own home in Palermo had lost power. Our tour guide was otherwise well organised and approachable but did seem annoyed that our tour to Mt Etna went longer than expectedShow moreTrip date: July 2023

Mary Anne· July 3rd, 2023This was truly a magical experience. Chetty our tour guide was fabulous. All the hotels I would choose again and the breakfast and dinners were 5 star! I would highly recommend.

Bus did not have internet or bathroom Did not know everything would be in two languages. During English explanations, other group would talk loudly which made it difficult to hear. I would pick "English only" tour next time. Hotels were find. Guide was a little disorganized at times. When we got to first hotel to start the tour, no one ever heard of the tour company that we were using. They told us we were at wrong hotel. Turns out our tour company "sold us" to another company and did not tell us. Very confusing. Everyone else on tour received detailed information ahead of time except us.Show moreTrip date: May 2023
