All the arrangements went through smoothly, and our guide Igor and driver Zika were very professional and competent, and very friendly and nice too! The hotels were good but the tour company could have considered alternatives, specially in Belgrade, where there is only 1 elevator which allows only 2 people to travel in it at one time. But my guide, Dejan, was fabulous! He has a wealth of knowledge about everywhere that we went.
