We had a wonderful time in Bhutan, visiting various sites. Our guide, Phurba, was a terrific and passionate guide about his country. I had wanted to visit Bhutan for a long time, and I'm glad I could finally go. The country was beautiful, and the people were very friendly. The Tigers Nest Monastery was definitely a highlight of the trip.

I have spent an unforgettable 8 days in Bhutan. Apart from a fantastically arranged itinerary from the Bhutan Best Inbound Tour that reflected and tailor-made the trip as per all my requests, wishes (and much more), I couldn’t wish for a better company than my caring, attentive, informative and top professional guide Phurba Tshering and driver Dorji.

What our customers ask about this tour

The content in our FAQ section is subject to change.
    • What are the accommodation options in Bhutan?

Accommodation options in Bhutan can vary widely, ranging from standard hotels like Hotel Norpheling or Thimphu Tower in Thimphu, to other lodgings like Zhideychen Resort or Khamsum Inn in Paro. These are examples and actual accommodation may vary based on availability.

    • Is it possible to customize my tour to end in a different city than planned?

While it's possible to request a tour that ends in a different city from the one you started in, adjustments are subject to the specific logistics and itinerary of your tour, as well as availability.

    • What happens if there is a flight change after my travel bookings?

If your flight timings change post booking, you should inform your travel operator immediately to adjust your travel arrangements accordingly, ensuring your trip remains as smooth as possible.

    • What information do you need to process a visa?

To process a visa, you will need your passport details, flight information, accommodation plans, and personal information including your marital status, place of birth, current nationality, and occupation.

    • What kind of flights are available to Bhutan?

Incoming and outgoing flights to and from Bhutan are available from several major cities, including Delhi, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Kolkata, Bagdokra, Singapore, and Dhaka. Arranging a flight to one of these cities initially may be necessary.

    • What documents are required for the Bhutan visa application?

For the Bhutan visa processing, you will need to provide a scanned copy of your passport with at least 6 months validity from your departure date, a passport-sized photo, details of your flight into Bhutan, and travel insurance information. Additional personal information such as marital status, birth country, nationality at birth, address, telephone number, and occupation is also required.

    • How can I find flights to Bhutan?

You can look for international flights to major nearby cities like Delhi, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Kolkata, Bagdokra, Singapore, or Dhaka. From these locations, you can find connecting flights directly into Bhutan.

    • Can I travel to Bhutan with an almost full passport?

You should renew your passport if it is nearly full, as you will need sufficient pages for visa stamps. If your visa was processed on the old passport, carry both the old and new passports during travel for smooth entry into Bhutan.
