  Was a good tour, sometime was some language barrier. Specially the last couple of days the , who was on the bus with us - his English was very weak . One gas station restaurant was terrible the first one … Everybody was very helpful and tried hard to help with anything…

  Totally disorganized. Delays everyday. Day one - my flight was delayed, So I got to the hotel late. No one in the front desk of the hotel knew about my trip. They were extremely rude and unwilling to help. They asked me check around the corner for a poster. It took a while to find the poster, which was written in Spanish. My tour company’s name ( tour radar or click tour) was not listed. Very confused, I called the emergency number supplied by Tourradar. No answer. I texted them and no answer. Very disappointed and frustrated already. I had to guess that the tour listed on the poster is probably my tour. But still very frustrated. Hoping to find my answer the next morning. Day two- I waited in the lobby after the breakfast to find out about my tour. There were several people waiting in the hotel lobby. Multiple tour companies were there. I got very anxious and asked around, but couldn’t find anyone to help me. Finally I talked to an English speaking couple who were also taking the same tour as I was taking. We waited over an hour for our guide. My tour company (click tour) is not existent. Every one was grouped with mapa or wamos tour. What an unpleasant surprise. Tour radar and click tour should have informed us. We were Greatly disappointed and upset

  Overall we were impressed by the guides, accommodation & busses. The most impressive guide was Y’ael at Alhombra. The least informative presentation was in Barcelona, where we were also not informed that we were being left to find our own way back to the accommodation if we weren’t on the premium package. It was impressive scheduling, given that people were often joining and leaving the tour at different destinations. It was disappointing that we were not offered the opportunity to be taken to the Tirana Festival in Seville by bus, given that it was impossible to get there by public transport.

  We truly enjoyed our tour in Spain. The bus guide, Luisa was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Our drivers Paco and Pedro were very good drivers and got us where we needed to be on time. The local guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We were pleased with the abundant food for breakfast and the hotels were all good. Thank you

  The Charming Spain 9 day tour covered a lot of territory and certainly gave us a taste of some of the highlights of the cities we visited. Some of the tour guides were great but a few need more training especially when switching between Spanish and English commentary as some guides spoke a lot more in Spanish. It would also be nice if all the guides were trained to give commentary about the area as we travelled through it. A couple of guides did but most didn't say or know much about the countryside. We paid for the "upgrade package" which was suppose to include better hotels, special activities and meals. Overall the accommodations were "okay" but varied in quality with some of hotels that were not anywhere as good as others (ranged from 2 stars to 4 stars). The same with the restaurant/dining options some were quite good but others were mediocre although it is obviously a challenged for any restaurant to accomodate 50 to 80 people in one sitting when the arrival times were not always as planned. The same applies to the truck stops between cities: some were good, some okay and some not so. The upgrade sightseeing and entertainment package was for the most part excellent and well worth the extra price. To tour 7 cities in 9 days was a huge undertaking and a few times proved too much as we experienced a few unexpected delays that made for long, tough days for the guides, drivers and tourist. We were told we would have a first class tour bus but we didn't. We had a half decent, basic bus to start but it had poor air conditioning. Half way through the trip we were switched to a second bus but it seemed older, had less comfortable seats and lacked wifi. Neither bus had a restroom! An overall suggestion is that this might be a better tour if it was 7 cities in 12 days, which would give more opportunity for people to relax, explore and enjoy each city without it being a rushed experience.

  So many sights so little time. The trip definitely covers the "highlights" but in some places there were two or three cities in a day which doesn't allow much time for exploring, sightseeing or shopping as there's so much crammed into the nine days. It was go, go, go, stop! The accommodations (premium package) went from good to poor and back again as did the meals included. On long travel days we ate in truck stops, some of which were okay but some were fairly basic and expensive. We were told we would have quality buses but ours
