The only thing that I found strange is that for the first part of the trip it seemed like we were not part of a group. Everyone was in different hotels and I thought we would regroup every morning. When we got to Sicily we finally felt like a group and we were all together, which was nice. Also, there were extra side tours that we gladly participated in such as visiting Positano and Amalfi Coast, Cefalù, and night walking tour in Ragusa Ible. However, we had to pay cash only. They said they would charge 10 percent more if we paid by credit card. We would have liked to know that extra tours could be added in advance and cash was the preferred option, so that we would have brought more money. This was the best trip I have ever taken. Our tour guide Cetty in Sicily was the best I have ever had- informative, professional ,humorous and kind. Lovely person and she worked through Caranni and Fantasia tours to bring the best of Sicily to us. I am especially impressed by the multitude of staff that connected us to each step along the way- as we were picked up in Rome airport and made our way down to Sorrento(Pompeii, Capri, Naples…overnight ferry to Sicily) etc with military precision in passing us on to the next segment. So impressed. I would not hesitate to travel with this company again and highly recommend this company and this particular tour!!
