- AGAnnette· July 16th, 2023The places we visited were all very nice however the guide (Placido) had to speak three languages…..Italian, Spanish and English. He spent a lot of time explaining in Italian, less time explaining in Spanish and not much explaining in English. The first bus we had the speakers did not work….we asked him to speak loudly so we could hear….he didn’t speak any louder and didn’t seem to care. Wen we would be off the bus, he did not want to engage with his customers….he brushed us off as quickly as possible and would continue texting or talking on his phone. One of our bus drivers was extremely unprofessional and drove like a crazy man…..tailgating, beeping and giving the finger to other drivers. We signed up for this tour based on the reviews, but we are so disappointed in the guide and driver. The places we visited were fantastic! Day 2 the schedule stated we would have a street food surprise…..we did not.Show more
