  We had a great time, we were able to see alot of Italy in a short amount of time. I would only suggest, put more info out on dress codes and attire for the basilicas. Also we had a great lunch in Florence, Possibly skip dinners at the hotels and schedule in town for a little higher fee.

  It was excellent well organized 4 day package tour. Very time bound with a friendly crowd. Our guide Mr. Stefano was the best a very friendly and helpful personlty. The points to be highlighted he always repeated few times to get it to the group. At times he would go bit out of way to help. Highly recommended pCkage

  Clara was AMAZING. She made the tour that much better. Along with the help of Antonio. The tour did say no more than 40 however there was definitely more so smaller would have been nicer.

  Excellent communication with the Operator who were quick to respond and were able to organize a night in our departure hotel for a cheaper rate than I could find on other websites. The tour itself was busy, but we had a great guide, Nancy, who was extremely knowledgeable about all things Italy. She gave us advice on what to see and do in our spare time and get the most out of the time we had at each stop. It was our first-ever coach tour and I don't know what were were scared of; the other travellers were fun, the coach was comfortable and the way the route was structured, we never spent more than 90mins on board!

  This tour left me confused. First of all, I signed up for a tour with Click Tours, an Israeli company, but found myself on a tour by Carrani Tours, an Italian company. I wish someone would have told me about this. Second, everyone’s itinerary was different, and so I remained confused because I learned that some aspects of the itinerary didn’t apply to me, whereas others did. The tour guide was very nice, and even bought me a drink after it was revealed that I was not on the list to receive the free drink because my tour ended earlier than others. I didn’t agree with the tour guide on some things. For example, on the 1 day we were in Florence she wanted the entire group to take a $50-per head afternoon side trip to Pisa. We were not able to see the Botticellis in the Uffizi Gallery or the real David in the morning because it was very crowded. I and a few others declined the side trip and in the afternoon I visited the Uffizi, while several others saw the David. I’m glad I saw the Uffizi. Overally, the tour went to many beautiful places, had some nice meals, and the group was very nice.
