Overall itinerary was great and Phil was an exceptional tour guide. He had lots of facts to say about each spot, which was very educational! I appreciated the vaccine requitement for the trip and the masking requirement in the van. I didn't catch COVID so that was a plus! Seeing how this was only the second tour run for Best of the Pacific Northwest, I do have itinerary feedback. While Santa Rosa and SF were cool, I would have rather cut CA out entirely - it ended up being just a scenic drive, which was advertised so it wasn't a surprise. I would have liked to spend more time actively exploring or hiking the volcanoes in Oregon; maybe a day trip around Mt. St. Helens and/or an afternoon dedicated to the Crater Lake Rim Trail as opposed to just 1.5 hrs. Perhaps ending in Mendon or circle back to Portland. Smith Rock was a delightful surprise and should be included in future iterations. I liked the kayaking on Sparks Lake and both food tours were very good. That being said, this was a great trip and I encourage others to sign up!

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 21st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 21st, 2025, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Intrepid Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
