Gabriele· August 17th, 2023The tour was enjoyable and the Ocean Albatros is an outstanding boat! I thought the tour was a little too long for what was offered. It might be possible in future to reduce it to 5 or 6 days as the settlements visited are very small and there is not much to do if you are not a hiker. Perhaps two settlements could be visited in the one day. The lectures/presentations were generally very good but not all were professionally delivered. I had wanted much more information about the history, culture, and politics of Greenland and we could have begun early, say the second day, with the introduction to Greenlandic language and a few important words. Also, a little more attention to solo travellers like myself would have been appreciated. And may I suggest that the entertainment offerings could be updated in terms of the films available and also add a channel for classical music!
