Mack· February 3rd, 2025⭐ 1 Star – A Complete Disaster! Avoid at All Costs! This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Horrible communication, unprofessional staff, and a completely disorganized itinerary made this tour a nightmare from start to finish. ❌ Communication: A Total Mess – Emails and messages went unanswered for days, and when we did get a response, it was vague, unhelpful, and often misleading. The itinerary kept changing with no notice, leaving us confused and frustrated. ❌ Unprofessional Staff – The guides were rude, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. Some barely spoke English, making it impossible to understand what was going on. We were often left waiting for hours with no explanation. ❌ Disorganized and Rushed Itinerary – The places we were promised were either skipped or rushed through so quickly that we barely had time to appreciate anything. Transportation was always late (if it even showed up), and we were constantly left in the dark about what was happening next. ❌ Overpriced and NOT Worth It – For the ridiculous amount of money we paid, we expected at least some level of professionalism, but instead, we got a stressful, frustrating experience that felt like a complete waste of time and money. 🚨 Final Warning: Do NOT book with this company. If you want to enjoy your trip, avoid this disaster of a tour at all costs.
