Luggage must be carried up several stairs to reach elevator. Meet and greet was late and unfriendly. Only interaction was walks to the tents. Never met more swagman staff. Save your money. The two young ladies who made up our Thirsty Man team were awesome- very nice and extremely helpful. We thought we were paying for 3 days of stuff but really it was 1 and a half days.
