  All of our transfers went smoothly except for the one where they didn't show up. The driver who met us in Santorini was very friendly and helpful. All of our tour guides were very good, especially the one in Venice. I liked the itinerary in Venice the best because we got our last day as a free day to do what we want. We learned our way around on the tours and then hit the town as we wished on that last day. We were kept busy in Rome and Santorini so we had less flexibility for our own outings. As for locations, I would have preferred staying in Fira on Santorini rather than Kamari. Kamari is a nice, quiet location but it doesn't have the shopping and entertainment options that Fira has.

  Venice, Rome, Santorini & Athens Trip was planned exactly as we requested. Team communicated throughout the booking and scheduling to offer us available options. While no trip is without issues, we only experienced a couple minor hiccups which were of no fault our Wanderful and they were extremely receptive and responsive in assisting us. Additionally, they checked in numerous times throughout the trip and provided additional travel information and confirmations. We look forward to future partnerships on our travels.   Our family of 7 took an Italy and Greece tour in June. Wanderful holidays allowed us to make small customized changes to add an extra day stop on a travel day and add an extra day at the end. Any issues that popped up, were immediately handled with grace (which inevitably happen when traveling). The hotels we stayed at were perfect for our family, airport transfers made pickups and drop offs on travel days much less stressful. Preemptively, the team asked questions about luggage etc that helped inform us on packing. Traveling with a large group is no small feat, but the team made our experience much less stressful than had we planned all of the tours/transfers on our own and we had the quick back up needed when we had questions or concerns immediately. Will definitely use them again for our next big trip!!

  I must admit the tour was great. I took the Italy, and Greece Tour with a stopover in Santorini/ with the Catamaran. There were a lot of moving parts as I swapped out 1 component for another, the Tourradar team never flinched. They were always positive that things could and would be done. Wanderful Holiday's the actual tour operator for my particular tour went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to, what I would call "On the field play" or coordinating the stuff on the ground on game day. Wanderful Holiday's acted and responded in appropriate fashion when it mattered. In short Tourradar and Wanderful Holiday's for my trip did a masterful job. A couple of thinnngs I would like to mention (not negative things) At the meet up location for tours the tour guide need to make their presence more obvious. My tour guide in Venice was great, but it took a moment to find her, I think better sinage (a bright colored flag hoisted in the air) could solve the issue. Another part that may take a little getting use too are the private transfer drivers/connections. While the drivers did show up to the designated locations and most did this on time, I was never quite sure who they were or what type of vehicle they were driving. Some drivers did send a text with their picture, but that does not help when they are sitting in a dark colored vehicle with tinted windows :-). On a couple on a few occasions my wife and I were waiting for the driver and the driver was already there waiting for us. These items were minor in the grand scheme of a trip that had 11 days of a loaded itinerary. Great Job you all!

  If you are looking for a tour with a guide and transportation, this is not your tour company. The hotels were nice but we didn't expect we would have to navigate this trip all on our own. Transportation was only provided at times, other times we were left alone to figure out how to get from point A to point B. We had no tour guide or bus. It was just us. As we had never traveled to Europe we felt very stressed.

  This was an amazing experience, and we are very grateful for this team! They made our trip smooth and enjoyable. They put together an exciting schedule for each day and communicated with us every step of the way. They were also very accommodating when we needed to change hotel in Greece. We couldn’t imagine this trip without them.

  I want to say thank you to the team, for all their hard work that was put into making this trip a success, but a special shout out to Wendy, for all your help throughout our vacation. No matter what time of day or night we send her text or call her, for any reason or need her help, she always responds quickly. Wendy is definitely a keeper!!. Apart from the little hiccups in Venice, we are looking forward to traveling with wonderful holidays in the future, and since we came back, we have also recommended wonderful holidays to some of our family and friends. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

  Wanderful Holidays made our dream vacation a reality. Their team consisting of Erica, Alberto, Wendy, Amanda and Sam were extraordinary. They were with us every step of the way. From planning our dream vacation, to guiding us through all the cities and airports and train stations (especially when there were some minor bumps a long the way), and for them being there at the end of our vacation.
