Furthermore, if you wish to stay at the hotel premises reserved for you in destination B instead of staying at the hotel premises reserved for you in destination "A", the hotel charges at destination "A " will not be refunded to you.

But what is more appropriate for a traveller, as of the best coverage is Hutch. On arrival, travellers can buy sim cards from the counters in the airport according to their preference.

How much does food cost and is it too spicy?

From a standard restaurant, lunch/dinner buffet or an ala carte can be bought for around 10$-12$. Rice along with Sri Lankan cuisines are available in plenty of shops much cheaper than standard restaurants but those are too spicy.

Can I pay foreign currency for archaeological sites and national parks entrances?

Major archaeological sites such as Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Anuradhapura accept foreign currency and all national parks only accept Sri Lankan currency. So you can avoid inconveniences by having both currencies with you.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 10th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 10th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with showlanka tours . The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
