  Everyday is a lesson learned. Mine has to confirm how unreliable and scam Tourradar is. I purchased the Sweden, Findland, Estonia tour from Tourradar. Paid off all on time. Uploaded all required documents on time. During the process, it indicated tour operator will respond in maximun 3 hours. About two weeks before the tour started, I get a message indicating Primer Holidays will be my tour operator, and started asking for required documents again. 5 days before the tour started, I had not been provided with the Hotel where I was supposed to start the tour and meet with the tour operator. I started sending messages, and finally, three days before the tour started I got a list of hotels but indicating they were pending for confirmation! I leave in Puerto Rico and had to leave at least three days ahead in order to be there in time. The day before we left Puerto Rico, I got an email, from Prime Holidays, indicating our ground operator was going to be Europamundo. The tour of the tour we showed up at the hotel was pending for confirmation and said there was no meeting with the operator on that day, that the tour stated next day. I went to the Boletin board, and there was one from our Tour operator Betina/Europamundo, indicating the breakfast was at 6:30am., next day, we showed up at 6:30 for breakfast and it turned out to be at 7:00am. After Breakfast, it was chaotic to find which of the three Europamundo groups was ours. From their everything just went from bad to worst. 1) After the two hours walking tour in Stockholm with afternoon free, followed by the next day also free and to meet at 5:00pm for overnight ferry to Finland, this was changed without any further noticed, we found out in the evening when opened our room door heading down for dinner, we found a note indicating our meeting time in the morning was going to be at 1:15p instead and that upon arrival at Helsinki, our original tour to Turku and Naantali was changed and instead we were going somewhere else. We had purchased tickets for the hop on hop off bus and lost them. Because we were on our free time and had no idea what was going on. We provide our telephone number and email address, why these were not used to let us know about this change? 2) When arrival at the ferry terminal from Helsinki to Tallinn, our Tour operator did not had my ferry tickets, it ended up mixed up on another Europamundo group. So, I had to wait till all got clear up. 3) After getting off the ferry at Tallinn, and Checkin at the hotel. My husband and me were given with two keys for two separate rooms, when we book the tour as one couple room. Had to wait 30 minutes until the tour operator finished providing keys to everyone, then she tried to clear it out, and ended up asking for one couple room. It never was cleared what happened. Because of that delay, we missed following her to downtown with the rest of the group. 4) Also, when checking her list, she indicated that we had a schedule pick up on July 7 to take us to the airport. I told her that was wrong, I did not book any pick up and that we were actually staying in Talling one more night on our own, not with the tour. From all the great tour companies in the world, after purchasing a package to Tourradar, how did I ended with Europamundo tour!!!. This was the worst tour I ever had. I travel every month of my like, for either work, for family, for leisure, as a Trip Leader to Machu Pichu, I think I know about the travel business. All I can say is never again will purchase anything from Tourradar or its affiliated. You’re are the worst; unreliable, liars, scam.
