- FFrancis· March 25th, 2025Customer anxiety not friendly - since our first follow up we're consistently asking the devil (details), only after 3 days we're asked for complete identity/passport (lazy & lousy) Failed to provide adequate info - refer to voucher dated 10/03/2025, no airline, airport, meeting/drop off/boarding/arrival time, driver, phone, etc. (is it intentional or not processed?) Follow ups withheld - refuse to give the devil until we arrived in Istanbul by calling Mr. Umut 2 hours to respond. Should have booked near Airport not to wake up 2:30 am After-sale customer service - Tourradar was blind/deaf/silent throughout the conversation while Ephesus is unwilling/does not care Tour Guide at Cappadocia - preferred to stay with the Driver than her Guests. Talking being rich & owning hotel, travel agency, etc. instead of history, events or places. Main reason we did not avail the tour next day. At Ephesus - we appreciate the guide humbleness & did not left us all the way. No representative at Istanbul Domestic Airport - we walked all the exits inside & outside the building but no one showing our names. Another waste of money & time for public transport. At our age & experiences, we conclude that there are no perfect agent, operator, itinerary, guide, accommodation, transportation but Turkey is the worst, a guessing & confusing tour. Never again & not recommend to our relatives/friends who are suppose to book same.Show more
