THE ACTUAL TOURS WERE GREAT, but I was disappointed in the tour operator Australia and New Zealand Travel Company - I had to put pressure on them (through Tourradar) to live up to their published commitment to provide transfers from airport to hotel and hotel back to Airport. I also was disappointed in tour Operator Australia and New Zealand Travel Company that they did not offer refunds on the Tours that I had paid for, which they said had been cancelled.

Hotels, flights, and excursions were excellent; no issues. It was frustrating having to confirm every booking and every pick up the day of or the day before. One of our flights was delayed so we missed our hotel pick up, and had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. However, customer service was fairly speedy with their responses. I would definitely recommend this tour, just make sure you have cell service!

Overall the trip went to plan, biggest difficulty was having to confirm every aspect of the trip. One instance i had to call 4 times to verify pick up. Another I could not contact a company by phone or text. Fortunately i finally got in touch with the company with a email. I should be enjoying my trip. Not having to worry if they will show up or change pickup locations. One tour i followed up in a nick of time as it was cancelled. I had to take a lesser trip just to fill the day which was critical to where I was at. I was there for that purpose. Granted the tour turned out okay. The people who iI went with never called or email me to tell me it was cancelled.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 27th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 27th, 2025, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Australia and New Zealand Travel Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Australia and New Zealand Travel Company will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Australia and New Zealand Travel Company" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
