We’re a couple from Florida who decided to book this tour after a month of back-and-forth email exchanges with Lahiru to make sure everything would go smoothly. We’re food enthusiasts who travel every year to explore the local food culture. This year, we chose Sri Lanka because we had heard so much about its interesting cuisine back in the US. While researching online, especially on TourRadar, we noticed that many of Lahiru’s Skyhaven Tours clients are from the US. So We decided to contact Skyhaven Tours directly since we didn’t see any reviews about this particular tour. Lahiru was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. He organized everything for us. This includes activities, lodges, transportation, and guides and even provided a detailed list of foods we could try on this tour. As promised, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We tried a lot of fruits, spicy foods, traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts like Milk Rice, and famous dishes such as Kottu, various curries, hoppers, and string hoppers, among many others. We also learned how to make a variety of curries and rice dishes, thanks to the wonderful chefs and wonderful village ladies who made this tour a success. A big thank you to Lahiru for making this experience so memorable. We’ll definitely recommend you and Skyhaven Tours to our friends, especially for this tour.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 5th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 5th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with SkyHaven Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and SkyHaven Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "SkyHaven Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
