The trains were good, and Vincent is a knowledgeable and engaging guide. I felt that everything was taken care of and it made travel through Taiwan easy. The hotels were ok but there was a mix up with checking into the first one in Taiwan which took ages to sort out. The guide was helpful and responsive but I felt she needed more of a script as her English was limited. Overall she did a good job with a difficult group in bad weather.
