It started with the operator telling me to “phone the transfer company myself” when I tried to Confirm the address of our pickup. And ended on the last night with waiting 40 minutes standing in a cold parking lot waiting for our transfer from Airport to the hotel. Only to be driven to the wrong hotel. Each day We had to ask for pickup times and flight information. No one seemed to be looking after the tour.Show more

Show moreTrip date: January 2025 - SDSteven· November 2nd, 2024This was a reasonably priced tour. As such it fully met and often exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all of a pretty good quality. The guides knew their stuff and were all qualified for the job. Barca, who took us to Ephasus and Pamukkale was particularly good. There was the usual “opportunities” to buy various carpets and ceramics, but I think you will get that on any tour, and the products on offer were all very good quality. Of note, the tour price does not include entrance to the sites and museums, and that does add up over time. The tour also includes meals, but not drinks. So, buyer beware, check the price of drinks before you order. One glass of wine cost me 450 Lira. On the whole though we really enjoyed the tour and the staff both on the front line and in the back office were great. It was good value for money. I’m thankful to him. He took care of me really well. I learned a lot travelling with them. I would recommend go with this. Because you don’t need to think about anything.
