  Do not book with Wingbuddy and these are the reasons why: 1. Had to wait for almost 2 hours for all of the flights to come in before they took us to the hotel which eliminated our free time. 2. Took us to the wrong hotel and it was up to us to find our way to the correct one. 3. They subcontract their trips out to local companies and one blames the other for the problems incurred. 4. What the itinerary stated we would see was not what we saw. The itinerary is up to the subcontractor. It felt like a bait and switch. 5. We had to pay for basic inclusions that were supposed to be provided on the trip ie. breakfast and we were told that we would be reimbursed but were not. 6. We merged with other trips in Spain so they needed 4 hotels and 2 busses. Depending on who you were with, you were often late to a tour AND as a result you did not see all that you were supposed to see because the guide was contracted for a short period of time. 7. Put up us in a hotel that did not offer breakfast. Had to walk down the block to eat. There was no buffet only coffee and toast. Dietary restrictions prevented from eating either. When this was discussed with Wingbuddy they indicated that it was on us to provide that information even though they never asked. No other company has ever asked for such information, but then other companies provide a breakfast buffet which makes it a non issue. 8. The tour guide in Spain seemed confused because when asked a question she never had an answer or would continually apologize for the company policy. 9. The tour guide in Morocco was very knowledgeable but quite rigid as to what we were to see or not to see and did not listen to requests made. 10. Was injured through no fault of my own and the tour guide knew about it but indicted that it wasn’t his problem. He would not make a report. The other people on the trip helped me and I came back home with an infection. 11. I have traveled with many other companies and NEVER have I experienced such a poorly run trip. The countries were wonderful and the food was good. By all means visit these two places just not with Wingbuddy. This was my second trip to Spain so I knew what to expect. It was NOT what was offered. 12. When booking we were told that we could upgrade our flight after we booked. Following their instructions, we booked only to find out that we were stuck with the flight and were told incorrect information. 13. If they better planned the trip, there were would be less time traveling on a bus. 7-8 hour bus trips weren’t needed if the trip from on point to another were routed better. 13. If I could give half a star I would.

  We were on the Grand Tour of Morocco. It’s a fascinating country but here is my review of our tour director. We did not meet our guide until day two. We felt confused and bewildered when we arrived. Our tour guide turned out to be rude, arrogant, misinformed, disorganized, and incomprehensible for the duration of the trip. He was a bully and continually showed his frustration with us if we asked for clarification. He habitually neglected to count our group on the bus each day and on more than one occasion left people behind. Each day he tried to strong arm us into eating lunch at restaurants of his choice despite the fact that we had not paid for the included lunch package. He even told my wife that I needed a better wife. He frequently lectured us on his Muslim faith and revealed personal details about not loving his wife, washing his sex parts before prayer, his circumcision, and his belief in polygamy. He gossiped about other travellers and led us to believe that one of us was on drunken bender when in fact he was merely lost for a period of time. At his final moment with our group he lectured us on how to be better people but with an obvious ploy to receive a larger tip. Ultimately, our guide courted one or two members of the group and asked them to write glowing recommendations for him. I was not one of those people. I will not travel with Wingbuddy again nor will I recommend the company to my friends.

  I did the Spanish Discovery tour it hit all the places I wanted to see but it’s a big schedule with a couple long bus journeys . I didn’t love the Madrid hotel the rooms a bit dingy although clean. Hotels in Valencia & Barcalona great. Communication when I arrived wasn’t good the company didn’t have any info for me to know what time I was being picked up so I had to call the local guide company . The local tour company should have a PDF sent out to guests outlining information on this as well which entrance fees are included and which are not. These tickets must be purchased in advance and only Cordoba and Alhambra was included . Wing Biddy told me all entrance free were included. I also think for our one dinner included option they could have taken us to a Spanish restaurant instead of relying on the hotels dinner which was only one option of chicken. Our guide at Alhambra was fantastic and otherwise I got to see a lot a lot of Spai in a short amount of time and met some nice people.

  1st: we arrive in Casa Blanca, couldn't find our tour bus. He wasn't waiting at the gate if the airport. We were not well served by the hotel esp when they found out we belong to Wingbuddy tour group. The tour guide showed up the 2nd day, didn't introduced himself, no quick briefing. Not impressed with the hotel. Frustrated with Wingbuddy Service
