Everything was PERFECT! Your tour guides are a blessing to your company, Tino Nguyen, Tuan Bui and Tuan Nguyen. Nothing was never enough trouble. They were amazing and very knowledgeable, saw some amazing places and learnt a lot about Vietnam. Mr Hai our driver in Ho Chi Minh did a wonderful job in getting us to place together with the other drivers that we had in Hoi An and Hanoi, sorry forgot their names but thank you too. The choice of Hotels, more than i ever expected. They were of great quality, exceptionally comfortable and had everything you needed. The staff were so friendly and always greeted you with a smile! John· January 31st, 2024In all honesty we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our holiday. Our guides were all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when we wanted to shift things around a little and the tour vehicles provided were excellent. The accommodation was outstanding in every city and it just seemed to get better as we went from one to the next, this certainly exceeded our expectations. I believe the length of stay in each location was also well timed, though an extra night on the boat in Ha Long Bay would have been good. You may not be aware but I was unwell whilst on the boat (spent 15hours sleeping) and the staff were very accommodating, concerned and looked after my needs. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and very well organised by Odynovo, we will certainly use your services in the future. The opportunity to sample the fantastic hospitality of the local traders in Hue ,get measured for a suit and sample the local food was very special. Chris' communication and organisation prior to departure was fantastic, the quality of hotels, transport vehicles, meals, scenic sites selected and tour guides (wow the tour guides were more than we expected in their knowledge, service, assistance and kindness). The trip was outstanding and the tour guides were knowledgable. Our favorite guide was Van in Cambodia. We had a private car and driver in each location who was a much better, patient driver than I would ever be. They really deserve recognition as they dodged scooters and bikes and other cars.
