Trip date: December 2023- OSOlaf· November 29th, 2023Wonderful experience. I did a customised 19-day tour of Vietnam as I wanted to add a few things to the standard itinerary and have some free days in-between (highly recommended). All arrangements went very well and all guides and drivers down south, in central Vietnam, and the north were very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Of particular note was the very friendly and relaxed Ms Linh (guide in Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An), driver Quy (who went out of his way over flooded roads for me to see a wonderful smaller Japanese Bridge in an outlying village given the main one in Hoi An was under reconstruction); the ever-smiling guide 'Henry' in Saigon and Mekong (along with driver Duc); and the more reserved Mr Thanh in Hanoi and Sapa. Don Li's arrangements were simply brilliant and he was very communicative in terms of any changes that I wanted. It was an incredible adventure from the moment we landed until our departure 3 weeks later. Our guides were knowledgeable, prompt, accommodating and a delight. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The hotels were above average and comfortable. The food was beyond our expectations. In country flights were comfortable and on time. We had absolutely no issues and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone. The local people were amazing and incredibly nice.
