Overall we were very satisfied with the trip. The guide was knowledgeable and interactive with the group and brought the group together. The hotels were of good quality and well located in the city centres. We have liked the schedule to have allowed earlier arrival at our hotels, especially for the one night stays. Disappointed that we did not get time in Bowness as scheduled. We felt Gretna Green was an unnecessary stop.

Hip Hip Hooray for Chris, Nick, and Michael of British Heritage Tours/Eurowelcome! They made our trip a dream come true. My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary with the coach tour through England, Scotland, and Wales. Chris went above and beyond to organize an additional side trip for us to Beatrix Potter's Lake District. We have been dreaming about visiting these places for years, and Chris, Nakib (Nick) and Michael made it so easy! We saw many meaningful places such as Stonehenge, Bath, Lake Windermere, Caernarfon Castle, Roman walls, and much more. And still we were able to relax and were pampered with lovely accommodations. We can't thank you enough. We feel very blessed to have experienced this adventure!
