  I was very impressed with the experience – it was truly excellent. Not only was the organization top-notch, but the leader’s involvement and dedication were outstanding. The structure was clear and well thought out, and everything was executed beautifully. The leader managed everything seamlessly while always maintaining a smile. A fantastic setup overall!

  It was the most amazing tour. Everything was arranged so well. This was my first trip ever on my own, which is quite exciting. However, introtravel has helped me so much. Everything was so well organised. We slept in beautiful accommodations. And the activities were great. The perfect combination between taking a look at local life and doing tourist things. Truly a great organization! I will definitely travel with introtravel again. Our group leader Tess Verol was the best group leader. She is always there for everyone. She made me fall in love with Indonesia. I highly recommend everyone to do this trip. You will make memories that you will never forget. Thank you intro travel and specifically thankyou Tess for everthing!!!

  The tour was amazing. Really well organised, Tess our group leader was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The activities were great, the accommodation was nice, everything ran smoothly and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend doing a tour with intro travel.

  I recently just finished the Epic Indonesia 19 day tour with Tess as my group leader and I cannot begin to describe how incredible this trip was for me. I’ve come away from this trip with so many memories and stories for life as well as new friends that I’ve already got plans to see soon. Tess went above and beyond to make sure that everyone’s trip was enjoyable and smooth running as well as making sure that during each activity everyone felt supported, included and encouraged to try new things. This made the group dynamic enjoyable and therefore found it super easy to get on with everyone. Some highlights of the trip were trekking up Mount Batur and scuba diving in Gili T - two experiences that I never thought I would do! I would definitely recommend doing the full 19 days as the Komodo islands were incredible and the group experience of living on a boat was so fun. You could tell that this is a company that puts a lot of thought into their tours, down to the small details like their efforts to give back to local communities across the trip as well as their conscientious Small Change initiative as a company. I cannot recommend both Tess as a group leader and this tour enough to someone and am so glad that I ended up doing this trip.

  This tour was absolutely incredible and exceptionally well-organised! Over the 19 days, we experienced so much, and it will always stand out as one of our best trips. A special shoutout to Tess, who made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was an outstanding tour leader, always upbeat and attentive, making sure we didn’t miss a thing. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader!

  I recently completed the 19-day Epic Indonesia Tour, and it was absolutely incredible. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering a great mix of adventure and cultural experiences, while still giving us just the right amount of chill time to relax between activities. Every moment felt well-timed and carefully planned. Our group leader, Tess, was brilliant—she really got involved, was super inclusive, supportive, and made sure everyone felt welcome. The accommodation was consistently great, and I felt safe throughout the entire trip. If you’re considering this tour, I highly recommend doing the full 19 days, especially to experience the Komodo Islands. It’s one of the absolute highlights and a must-do. Overall, the tour was a perfect blend of activity and downtime, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for an adventurous yet relaxing trip through Indonesia.

  The tour was very well organised, making my experience stress free. We had a WhatsApp group to communicate with our tour guide which was really handy. My tour guide Tess was fantastic and super friendly! My favourite part of the tour was the boat trip around the Komodo Islands. I met wonderful people and would recommend to a friend.

  This literally have been the BEST 3 weeks of my life!! You do sooo much stuff and collect so many unique and special memories, some of them are definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! The best part is that that you not only see Bali but also Gili Air, Gili T, Lombok and the Komodo islands as well! I highly recommend everyone booking this trip because it was just the most incredible vacation for me so far xoxo

  I could not recommend this tour enough. We did the 19 day tour across Indonesia with Tess as our guide and I could not have hoped for a better group leader, group or overall experience. Each activity is well organised, highlighting the culture of each place along the way and showing how Intro really gives back through small change. Everything down to Tess picking straws out of the ocean, you can really see the consideration that Intro and its group leaders have for ensuring that the local environment is not heavily impacted by being on tour there. Tess was incredibly knowledgeable on the Indonesian culture and really got stuck in with us, learning and growing with the group. We have come away with 20 incredible friends who we are already organising to see again, with memories that we will never forget. This tour made us feel safe, secure and allowed us to embrace the local culture while being our authentic selves. We cannot thank Tess and Intro enough and would recommend to anyone thinking of going on this trip to get it booked! The local guides were incredible and exactly what you’d expect them to be, filming drone content on the pink beaches of Komodo, diving down to capture GoPro content of the turtles you see when snorkelling, guiding you on different poses and fun photo opportunities and most importantly, providing you with the local insights which really make the tour so special - learning how to make offerings and speak parts of the language are such incredibly useful elements which really help you to understand the country. These elements are why I will be travelling with Intro again (hopefully with Tess!) and I would recommend that you do too.

  Every part of the trip was absolutely incredible. We got to visit amazing places and learn a lot about life and culture of various places in Indonesia. Our group leader was always able to answer any questions and really made the whole experience. I would recommend this trip to anyone as it is one of the best experiences I’ve had!
