Madeleine· January 25th, 2022Booking a tour with Intrepid during COVID was a horrible mistake. The company was inflexible with my booking during the height of Omicron (I would have happily rescheduled my tour). I felt forced to go on my $3K+ tour only to get COVID on my trip. I am an avid traveler, I've been to 35+ countries and I'm constantly looking for ways to improve my travel experiences. Unfortunately, I don't think Intrepid cares about the health and safety of its travelers and I would never use them again.Show more
