But if there is one thing that was perfect was the attention and planning given to us by Hassan. he was always there for us, always giving us the information of the tour and connecting us with the guides and sending us our tickets. he is really wonderful, I don't know how he does it, but he is 24/7 available and ready to help. The tour includes the main highlights of Egypt such as the pyramids and Abu Simbel; all the Nile cruise was amazing, guides and drivers are included in the price, but (as someone else mentioned) you will be asked for tips for everything. The Nile cruise is really 5* star Deluxe very much enjoyable. Hassan, our agent, was available on WhatsApp 24/7 and communication with him was very easy. he did a great job coordinating all accomodation, transfers, meals and tour trips for us. The hotel in Cairo was ok. Nothing special but we barely stopped by as the schedule was packed. Omar, our guide in Cairo was exceptional. he was knowledgeable and honest. We got along with him so well we asked to stay with him for the reminding of our time in Cairo. he is the perfect person to have with you in a hectic city like Cairo. Mohamed our driver in Cairo was friendly and attentive. He made us feel safe and very well looked after. We asked to keep him as a driver for the remainder of our Cairo visit. The cruise from luxor to Aswan was exactly what we needed after Cairo. The boat was great and all the staff friendly and polite.
