Amber offered good suggestions, adjusted to our requests, and processed things very quickly. The trip was planned with just a few email exchanges. She checked in with me on arrival day to make sure we had gotten checked into the hotel without trouble. The hotels she selected were perfect. The cars provided by UME were excellent. The local tour guides were great. Their knowledge and ability to explain the history in English was perfect.
