In the travel program I received, it was noted that I would be picked up at the hotel. When this would be the case was not mentioned anywhere. With luck, I managed to reach the DERTour emergency number in good time on the morning in question, although I was simply told to contact the husky tour provider directly. Again with luck, I reached someone there at 8.15am and was told that I would be picked up at 8.45am...so it was stressful to have breakfast at the hotel and be ready in time for the pick-up.
