- AKerry Patricia Hannon· May 17th, 2023First of all, our tour guide PJ O'Brien went so far above and beyond to ensure our group had a fabulous time! I traveled solo, made so many friends & felt 100% safe the entire time. Our tour was during the St. Patrick's Day festivities & PJ made sure, at the request of everyone on the tour, that we made it to the parade in Dublin, with plenty of time to spare, even though he had to change up our itinerary last minute. It's no easy task & he accomplished it without a hitch. The hotels were great, the scenery was beyond beautiful, the itinerary checked all the boxes, friends, food, festivities, music, everything was such a treat! I especially enjoyed the sheepdog demonstration; the hosts offered tea & scones with jams & clotted cream… So delicious & a wonderful memory that will stay with me for a lifetime. The tour as a whole is amazing, it's Ireland… Helloooo! I learned so much about the history of Ireland & Irish culture from PJ's stories while we were en route between locations. Loved every moment of this tour! When you have a superb tour guide, it makes the journey so much more magical. Thanks to PJ & CIE tours!! This was my second Ireland tour with CIE & certainly not my last. Can't wait to come back!Show moreTrip date: March 2023Review collected by CIE Tours
- APenny Ann Shank· June 17th, 2023The tour was a great blend of activities. Our guide - PJ O'Brien tried his best to keep us on time so we could see as much of Ireland as we could. "On and Gone" - lolTrip date: May 2023Review collected by CIE Tours
- AMichael Vincent Demarco· June 23rd, 2023We'll put together and interesting tour. Hotel accommodations were more than adequate. Bus driver/tour guide Lesley Daunt was OUTSTANDING!!!Trip date: June 2023Review collected by CIE Tours

- AColleen Magdalen Ruthven· June 23rd, 2023Our tour guide Patrick Joseph O Brian was funny, informative and made the tour so enjoyable. He gave us such history on Ireland and I looked forward to each day's new adventure. We saw such beautiful country and the people were so friendly.Trip date: May 2023Review collected by CIE Tours
- AMs. Judith Mary Chess· June 24th, 2023The trip was very enjoyable. Liked the small size of the group. Was great we could spread out in bus. Tour director/driver was good. Enjoyed all the knowledge he shared. As a senior I did find the shower/tub combinations to be lacking in safety. The addition of grab handles would be extremely benificial. We did spend several nights uncomfortable due to lack of ac or fans, ice or clocks in rooms--I know spoiled Americans!! With that being said I would definitely recommend CIE to friends traveling overseas. Meals were good as well as sightseeing.Show moreTrip date: June 2023Review collected by CIE Tours
- AMary Margaret Kinsella· June 27th, 2023I would travel with CIE again and recommend to others. Our trip was a wonderful experience. Our tour director/coach driver PJ O'Brien was knowledgable, experienced, and made our trip fun. The hotels we stayed in were clean & comfortable. 1st hotel in Dublin a bit too far away from city, but their food was delicious. The Scotts Hotel in Killarney was a perfect location, their food was decent but not my favorite, wait staff could have been friendlier. Dromoland was nice location with walk to castle after dinner & relax in bar. Our stops along the way were fantastic. Wish we had more time at Blarney Stone, line was long, we didn't get to enjoy the gardens. The Cliffs were stunning, Dingle was beautiful, could have spent a lot more time in Galway.Show moreTrip date: May 2023Review collected by CIE Tours
