    Awful. This company is a rip off. I cancelled my trip in March and still have not received my refund even though I bought insurance. Do not book with Trafalgar. They have told me repeatedly my check is in the mail. Yet I am still without my refund 6 months later

    Conflicting information; poor or no itinerary; lousy hotel - this is not what I paid a premium price for. One of our fellow travelers said he had 15 tours on Trafalgar and this was the worst and last Trafalgar he would ever take. I totally concur!

    • For any tour departing before April 7th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 7th, 2025, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
