  overall experience was nice. The tour guide during our tour in Amsterdam and Brugges were informative and able to speak fluent English. However, the arrangement in France was chaos, the tour guide does not understand English and speak either in Spain or Arabic. However, the hotels provided are excellent. Spacious, clean and new.

  It was annoying that the Olympics were only a couple of days after we were there, which I didn't realize when I booked a few months earlier. If meant that we couldn't do a couple ic things. Luke going up tge Eiffel Tower. And boating on tgd Sienne River.

  My mom and I had been very happy with our tour. Maria, Cristina, Pablo and Isabel were all wonderful and very knowledgeable. They also had taken extra effort to ensure my mom, who has difficulty walking, will be safe and well taken care of. We are already planning our next trip with Europamundo and had shared our experience with our relatives.   It was a memorable experience especially cos ive never used a tour guide in any of my travels. I particularly enjoyed meeting new people and not having to source an itinerary myself for the locations we visited. The hotels offered were also pleasant and Im looking forward to the next trip with Europamundo

  The tour was well organized. Itenary was well planned. The guides were helpful. We would like to specially thank Sophie, our guide in Paris. She was very helpful made sure that every person was cared for, despite having about 50 people in her group. Hotels were good. Overall we would definately recommend this trip.

  Re booking #EM071788 We had an excellent trip overall. The guides did their best to ensure comfort. We would specially like to thank our guide Sofie in Paris for going above & beyond to make sure every family was comfortable & their needs were met..which Im sure was a challenge with 50 + people in her group. She was always pleasant & cordial to us. We did miss the transfer from Amsterdam airport (along with another couple).We were able to communicate with Europamundo thru Whatsapp. But other than that we really enjoyed our trip & will look forward to travel with you again.

  Euromundo was the worst your I’ve been on . I have booked with tour radar twice before but never had Euromundo. They have terrible hotel locations and sub par tour guides.

  I wish I could leave a better review. My friend and I booked an excursion for the canal tours, which was canceled the next day for extenuating circumstances. We called to request a refund and were told that it would be sent in a few business days. The booking agent at Tour Radar sent a receipt saying the amount had been refunded, but it was a card that wasn't mine or my friend's. I told them this and they refused to refund the correct card. The whole experience was very unprofessional, and I certainly will not be booking with them again. The tour was very fast paced and we were able to see many things, which was nice. It is not a restful tour, so don't book if you're wanting leisure and relaxation. I wouldn't book again just for the unprofessionalism. Not worth it in my opinion. If you do book for a chance to see everything, I recommend booking your own excursions separate from Tour Radar. You will probably never see your money again if anything unforseen happens.

  This is my second tour with Europamundo. The first was not all that great, but I was partially to blame so I decided to give them another shot. This tour includes stops at locations that are in line with what one would expect to see in the cities included. The transportation is decent and comfortable. Another family and I were asked if we would mind going on a different tour bus because of seating space. Once on the bus it was conducted entirely in Spanish and we had to remind the guide that there were English speakers on board. The city tours provide a lot of information and scenic memories. Make a note that it says on the last day the end of services is after breakfast. Actually, after the city tour in Paris the day before the end of the tour you will get dropped off by the L'ouvre under the premise of a "free day" and you are on your own to get back to your hotel. The accommodations are about a 7.5/10. In Amsterdam I was at the Radisson Blu. It was a nice full service hotel. Daily breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. However, it is not located by anything but warehouse/industrial buildings. However, in Paris We stayed at the Residhome Aparthome in Nanterre. The location is great!!! Lots of restaurants and buzzing college town. However the accommodations were horrid. Specifically my room #209 had old peeling furniture and mildew on the roof and doorways. I took pics and will upload. The staff were French speaking only. Overall, the tour is good. Saw lots of sights and made lifetime memories. Europamundo needs to do a little more fine tuning to be sure the tours run a little more smoothly. I will say I would consider doing another tour with them. Considering the price the value matches what was paid.
