The hotels were not in the city centers, as you told us, but the locations were never very far away. But it was frustrating because it was a tour that was mainly in Portuguese and Spanish and then English at the end. I felt a little led astray by Tour Radar as it was not mentioned that this was not an English speaking tour when I purchased it. The frustrating part is that since there was only a half a dozen English speakers on the tour it feels like we missed a lot because English was not prioritized. Some of the tour guides would go on and on in Spanish and when it finally came time for them to explain it in English we had already left the site so it was confusing or they only told us a very small amount compared to how much they said in the other languages. Tour Radar should have done better to set expectations on their page about this tour.
