I had no idea who my guide was or what time we were meeting the next morning. I had to call Europundo and the called the guide to find out the time. 1. my tour was to be English speaking it was not, on both City tours the guide spoke in Spanish.( not what I paid for} 2.we were to take the Euro tran to France , part of the reason I took this tour, we did not in stead we went by ferry. 3. we were to go to Paris sat night , instead we stayed in Amiens , Now this tour time away from me exploring Paris sat and @ hours on Sunday. 4. on out way to Versallies we dove through Paris to pick up our tour groups , by the time we got there we only had 1 1/2 to get tickets and tour. all in all i had about 1hour to tour Like where were we going that we could have more time , we just went back to hotel to check in which took over a half hour. then there was confussion with passangers on the bus they were confussed on who was to be on our bus. 5.when we got back to the hotel finaaly ,my guide said mister castanet your lucky you going to Eiffle tour and boat tour, I said lucky Iam not lucky I paid for this. She said you going with the other guide(mention no name or even pointed to him so I had to once again figured out the next morning what bus i was to be on. and the new guide was confussed about who I was and i keep telling him that me on the bottom of yout list 3 times. he oh I thought you were someone else. this is my 3rd tour with you , I had grat experence on the other 2.
