The service is excellent, everything was on time, very comfortable minivans, We enjoy the tour as it without and delay or hurry. suitable for relaxation and family tour. The level of detail in communication is to be commended. The team even moved heaven and earth to reunite me with my iPad that I had left behind by accident on a bus. - Khozema· November 10th, 2024+ Overall, very well-organized arrangements by Mr. Senol Kumaz. + Good quality hotels selected. + Transfer vehicles, drivers, and transportation arrangements were well coordinated. + Daily communication with tour coordinator. + Tour coordinator very accessible and responsive in a timely manner. (-) Capadoccia tour was for 3 days; 2 days would have been adequate. (-) 3rd day in Capadoccia set aside as free day, but not required – it was a waste of time, more so because check-out from hotel had to be done early in the day, and then had to kill time for rest of the day outdoors. This could have been better organized. (-) Too many visits (some repeated by different tour guides) to handicrafts sales centres where excessive time was spent, and sales tactics from aggressive salespersons was annoying.Show more
