- MEGAN· April 18th, 2025We had the most wonderful time in Japan, all thanks to Amber from UME Travel. There were six of us in total, including my two young grandkids. I told Amber our travel dates and how many days we’d be staying in Osaka and Tokyo. I also shared a list of all the places we wanted to visit, and Amber planned the entire itinerary for us. She took care of all our transfers and even booked tickets for the bullet train, theme parks, and more—taking a huge load off my shoulders. During our 10 days there, we got to see and experience so much. My only regret is not being able to stay longer, as my grandkids only had one week off school and had to return. I’m incredibly grateful for all of Amber’s help in making this such a fantastic trip!Show more

There were no hiccups, and everything went smoothly. Each day was perfectly planned, and the service from the guide and driver went above and beyond what I expected. They were happy to improvise based on my preferences. Every single day was exciting, fun, and truly unforgettable. I visited Osaka, Hiroshima, Nara, Kyoto, Mount Fuji, and Tokyo. I got to enjoy delicious meals at traditional Japanese restaurants with the guide, just as I had hoped. The trip was super relaxing because the guide and driver took care of all the logistics.
