She was pleasant, kept us on schedule, and was a pleasure to be around. She gave us historical information, showed videos, and told us about the flora and fauna of the area. She really did her homework. She was the tour guide that made it a great tour. We hope to see her on a future tour. - LHLOKESH· October 16th, 2021As a whole, tour was good. But with quite a bit of luck, we barely escaped being a disastrous one. When we were taken for the buffalo ???? watch, open air jeeps were found to be lacking in keeping the occupants safe. Most of the jeeps lacked protective measures ( like plastic sheets which were supposed to be brought down in case of blizzard were inoperable. Drivers of the jeep knew that before hand we believe. We were told that when we asked the driver to stop in the middle of the blizzard and bring down the protection plastic sheets ) it was a total miserable ???? experience.Show more

There seem to be a disconnect on sending some kind of black valise and name cards as I didn't and others didn't receive them.
