Genevieve· January 10th, 2024Tried to cancel my trip today due to the escalating situation in Ecuador. They refused a refund stating that it was "safe" in the areas we were visiting and that they would not refund due to it being my choice to cancel. The representative on the phone assured me that she "talked to a friend in Quito and he says it's fine."This goes against all international news and warnings. Do not travel with them.
