Also, thanks to Adam of your Tech Services dept. who eventually worked out a way to send me a link to write this trip review, I am not the only customer who has had problems with review and invoices disappearing into the void and never reaching them. Why can't you add a review link to your Globus web site where customers can log on to their trip and write a review. I must have spent over an hour and half in total on various phone calls trying to get a form to write a review with help from cust. svcs. and searching various web sites before success.
