Yanhong· July 15th, 2024The scenery was very beautiful. The tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only concern was the hotel conditions. I heard rats running around behind walls in one hotel. Another had sweaty smell pillows and sheets. Seemed they were not changed between guests.Show more

What we liked most was the beaches at Manuel Antonio National Park, Also the guided walking tour at the park to explore a variety of amazing wildlife was Great. - RCRhonda· February 15th, 2024The tour guide was a Suyen was an absolute 5 however I would not recommend this tour company due to their poor communication and poor customer service. I would recommend not signing up for any of the extra excursions because they do not give a detailed itinerary until after you pay for the trip and unfortunately these conflict with many of the prebooked excursions and they will not refund your money If you book the trip a month before the departure date. Their communication was so poor we did not even know the correct name of the hotel we were staying at when our plane landed in San Jose. The hotels were also not up to our standards. - KNKhurshid· January 2nd, 2024The trip was excellent overall. With optional activities, Gadventures designed a well-rounded tour. The Chief Executive Officer was outstanding. The only reason I gave Gadventures a four-star rating was because they charged a hefty amount for an airport transfer in a shared van, even though I was traveling alone. A couple in my group told me, though, that they only paid $44 for two, whereas I paid $40, so that is unfair. Considering that taxis typically charge $30, I had anticipated paying this amount for a private vehicle rather than having to wait for the van to fill up with other passengers at the airport. Also, the accommodation is in Monteverde, the Cipreses is less desired. Smelly with thin walls/ceiling, it was hard to rest there. Wish Gadventures can compensate for the taxi charges.
