Will never go again in July/August -- way too hot and humid. Everything including the activities were wonderful. Our group included young folks which kept the pace quite fast. For older folks, it would be nice to not have to walk as far and to have shuttle transportation to destinations more than a 1/4 mile walk, especially in very high temperatures. - LLilyLing· May 18th, 2019This is our first visit to Japan and we selected Super Value Tour due to high recommendations from a family friend, and am so glad we did. We travel a lot and this is the best tour we ever had. No enforced shopping. No rushing. We stayed in superb hotels and even a ryokan with hot springs. The itinerary was very well-planned; we could not have done it on our own. We especially thank Hui Liang, our superb tour guide, who is a wonderful, patient lady. We had a small group (off-season tour), but she did not skim on anything. She is very informative and prepares us well for each sightseeing spot. She explained Japanese customs and even taught us a little Japanese so we can maneuver on our own when needed. She speaks perfect English so there is no communications issues. One of the members unfortunately got sick, and she did her best to take care of that person while guiding the entire group, even using her personal time to secure a doctor's appointment for that person within the day. At the end of the tour, she showed up at the airport to make sure our family had no problem with our return flight. Hui Liang is a very professional, patient, and caring lady who treats EVERYONE in the group very well. We all had a fantastic trip in part thanks to her.
