For starters the `small` group had more than 30 people in it making it impossible to get to know everyone in the group and spend free time together with the rest of the group, especially as it was pretty cliquey and exclusive at times. the group size also slowed us down the whole time while we kept waiting for people. the activities were not that special and there was to much free time where we didnt get any recommendations for what to do. the restaurants we were taken to had overpriced western food meaning we missed out on all the amazing thai food we came to thailand to try. the accommodation was average and really poor value i really dont know where all our money for the trip went as there were better options around. the guides were lovely but pretty overwhelmed by the massive group at times. they also seemed to be under a lot of pressure to get good reviews as they said multiple times that they wouldnt get paid if they didnt get enough reviews from the group which we found to be a pretty horrible way to treat staffShow moreTrip date: December 2023

They went above and beyond. They communicated well and answered all our questions. They were kind, caring and fantastic. We saw lots of beaches etc and the experiences were out of this world. But again; this was all down to Tommy and Max. Everything was organised and ran smoothly. Max is filled with so much knowledge & provided us with lots of information on Thailand’s history in such a fun way. Both Max & Tommy go above and beyond for their group—- you can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. This experience was an experience of a lifetime for me. I don’t know if I would’ve had this same experience if it wasn’t for Max & Tommy being so welcoming and knowledgeable.
