Danny was fantastic at coordinating our time in Vietnam and was helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. The day tours we were booked on throughout our trip were a great way to see Vietnam in a short amount of time and all the guides were fabulous. We booked the 5 star accommodations and it was all great, the hotel in Hoi An was particularly lovely. There was a typhoon in the middle of our trip which resulted in our of our internal flights being cancelled. Danny sorted out all the flight, hotel and tour changes to ensure the trip continued smoothly which was massively helpful as we didn't have to worry about anything. If you are looking for a stress free way to visit Vietnam I would 100% recommend.Show more

Although we booked 3 star accomodation, the standard of hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and the overnight stay in on board the junk boat were extremely poor - more like a 1 star accomodation. Fixtures were broken, bathrooms were mouldy, towels tired and shabby, 1 room even smelled bad, and so the list goes on. Vietnam is a great country with great people. - M· January 21st, 2023This was a very short notice booking for us, we booked a week before (we were already visiting Malaysia) It turned out to be and is one of the most memorable trips my wife and I have ever done, everything surpassed our expectations. Comfy accommodations (with helpful staff ) and great local food. Everything ran on time, truly awesome!!!. The Ha-Long bay overnight cruise was epic, the three meals on-board and service was incredible. The tour guides were great, special mention to Legend travel and Thai in Danang/ Hoi An and Tinh-Tinh in Ho Chi Minh. I wish I could have stayed for another month. - AMANDREW· November 21st, 2018If you only have a week and have never been to Vietnam like me, then this 8 day trip will give you a chance to sample(quickly) the North, the Mid Viet and the South. Starting in Hanoi, the Legend tour manager Mr Do Thanh Tung met me in my hotel & remained in instant contact throughout my stay in Vietnam. The tour is essentially a combination of trips provided by different operators put together by Legend. All pick ups and transfers were operated very reliably and punctual. The Hanoi & Halong Bay tours were very well organised indeed. In Danang/Hoi An too much time was taken up on the tours with visits to ceramics , jewellery & wood carving "factory" outlets - tourist selling spots that were not my thing and on an express trip like this were too time consuming. All the hotels used on the upgraded package were very good except for the Bay in Ho Chi Minh city, which I liked the least (hotel reviewed separately on Trip Advisor). Legend put together a very good package and it was executed very well, with only the odd hiccup-mainly due to Vietnam Airlines changing schedules. This tour took in Hanoi, Halong Bay(overnight), Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. I was reassured that Mr Tung was on call 24 hours a day to answer any queries I had.
