Show moreTrip date: March 2024- James· November 19th, 2023Our tour guide (Kiki) greeted us warmly and immediately ensured our comfort after a long flight. During all drives she remained engaged and offered lots of information about the area and what we were seeing. She helped us check into all hotels, tours, restaurants and even helped find some specialty souvenirs. Kiki and our driver remained by our side the entire trip and clearly explained the plan for each day. At the end of the day we were briefed on the next day. They were able to accommodate our needs and we are very happy with the our guides. The accommodations were very good even at the 3 star level. Each hotel had lots of options for food and nightlife within walking distance. Traveling with a child, each hotel and location were comfortable and family friendly. Trip date: November 2023 - Hayley· October 2nd, 2023Ning and our driver were amazing, from the time we landed to when we were ready to return to the airport they kept us informed and energised for our adventure. They we flexible and so helpful with meeting our every request, I'm super spontaneous and I can be a little fixed on wanting to add to my experience when traveling. I love drivers and tour guides that understand this about a trip where you aren't the driver but still want to have some control over your site seeing. We were all fast friends by the end of our days together, and it was rather sad to have to do our farewells. However, they gave us so much faith, that we are doing a trip for a group of 20 with the same tour company. The communication is outstanding, you will not be disappointed or short of memories! I would recommend adding The Sanctuary of Truth into this tour, it was amazing and I can't thank Ning enough for helping us include it on our last day and also making sure I got to spend a little time with my totem animal the Elephant! The whole experience was worthy of 10 Stars!!! This is an experience not to be missed, the blend of old and new, was PERFECT!!! Quiet frankly I had an awful experience on this tour, there was no welcome speech just a phone call at the hotel to inform you what time you would be collected. I booked this tour as it said it would be a group but was completely on my own, the second day at the temples I was back at the hotel by 10am to then get a call saying I shouldn’t of gone on the temple tour and that I would be picked up the next morning at 6:30 but they forgot to pick me up so I sat for an hour waiting. Then it came to the boat trip to Coral Island it was awful a young girl surrounded by 15+ older men who appeared to be of Indian origin, I asked to go back to the hotel early so didn’t have the included lunch! The transport and hotels were clean and staff friendly but the hotel in Pattaya was over run by older men that made me feel so uncomfortable by staring at me I wasn’t able to use the pool as I would of wanted.
